What is YOSO

YOSO is an ERC-20 token on HyperEVM (chain 999). It's the value capture layer for the Yoso platform.

Total supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 tokens. No minting function. No inflation. What's deployed is all there will ever be.

Why HyperEVM

Hyperliquid's EVM rollup was chosen for two reasons:

  1. Speed and cost. HyperEVM inherits Hyperliquid's fast block flow. Token transfers and LP interactions settle with low gas fees.

  2. Native DEX infrastructure. HyperSwap V3 provides concentrated liquidity pools with a built-in Burn & Earn flow for permanent liquidity handling without a third-party locker.

The liquidity position is full-range on HyperSwap V3, paired against HYPE. The LP NFT is no longer held by the deployer wallet.

The dev allocation is in a VestingWalletCliff contract built on OpenZeppelin VestingWallet. The schedule has a 1-year cliff, then 2 years of linear vesting. Zero tokens are releasable until the cliff ends.

How YOSO captures value

YOSO is not a payment currency. You don't need it to trade. It captures value from platform activity as the ecosystem grows.

What YOSO does not do

You don't need YOSO to use the platform or place trades. Traders trade in USDC. The token exists for value accrual from network activity.
